Supermarket and meat department. Supermarket/grocery store. Tasks: Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Weigh meats for sale. Grind meats. Prepare special orders. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
