Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Rehabilitation centre and special health institution. Tasks: Help physical therapists. Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine. Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies. Assist chiropractor with patient health education. Process claims such as health insurance or workers compensation. Connect treatment machines to patients, as directed by chiropractor. Assist chiropractor with physical examinations. Document patient rehabilitation progress. Perform general clerical duties. Process files and paperwork. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments. Organize and maintain inventory. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Windows.
