This is a permanent position. <br> <br>Your responsibilities: <br>* Ensure the performance, availability, and security of environments in accordance with current policies while maintaining monitoring tools. <br> <br>* Contribute to technological projects as a member or project lead, as needed. <br> <br>* Administer Intune or equivalent, covering Windows image, collections, deployments, policy definition, technician training, etc. <br> <br>* Actively participate in the acquisition, implementation, and inventory management of network equipment and licenses. <br> <br>* Ensure the execution of backup copies and conduct failover tests on various servers. <br> <br>* Provide third-level support to users in a Microsoft environment. <br> <br>* Diagnose and resolve recurring issues requiring special attention. <br> <br>* Manage network access and security, including user accounts, permissions, and authentication. <br> <br>* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST. <br> <br>* Contribute to the implementation of standards and processes applicable to the role (security, access, confidentiality, backups, changes, etc.). <br> <br>* Contribute to the development of dashboards tracking network performance and quality, covering outages, flows, resource availability, security, etc.</p><p>* Holder of a DEC in Information Technology or equivalent. <br> <br>* Accumulating at least 10 years of experience in the field of information technology, with a primary expertise in server and network equipment administration. <br> <br>* Proficient in environments such as Windows Servers, Office 365, SCCM, Powershell, InTune, and VMWare. <br> <br>* In-depth knowledge of cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and Linux servers. <br> <br>* Significant experience in multi-site environments. <br> <br>* Strong proficiency in local (LAN) and wide-area (WAN) networks, as well as telecommunications equipment. <br> <br>* Experience in using network management tools and network monitoring services. <br> <br>* In-depth knowledge and experience in: <br>Firewalls <br>SDWAN <br>Layer 3 protocols <br>Key protocols (Ethernet, MCLAG, LACP, PPP, PAgP...) <br>EIGRP, IS-IS, BGP, MP-BGP, VLAN/trunking, QoS, and MPLS (with experience in problem resolution) <br>Wireless networks <br>Wifi network equipment <br> <br>* Possession of relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE, CCIE, etc. is an asset. <br> <br>* Bilingual in written and spoken communication.</p>
