Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Set up and adjust production machineries/tools. Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance. Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances. Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers). Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools. Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments. Measuring tools: Micrometers. Callipers. Calibre. Gauges. Verniers. Equipment and machinery experience: Engine lathes. Milling machines. Surface grinders. Tool grinders. Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
