*Horizon Health Network is looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in Fredericton! This is a PERMANENT FULL TIME position.* *This is the life-changing opportunity you?ve been looking for.* Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is actively recruiting an *Administrative Services Coordinator *to join the team at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. This position is based in Fredericton, but travel throughout New Brunswick to other Horizon facilities is required. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising support staff and planning and coordinating administrative services for the Regional Staffing Office. You will spend the vast majority of your day supporting the production environment, providing supervisory overview of support staff, and addressing requirements of department managers and staff scheduling needs. Responsibilities include: * Monitoring staff productivity and providing day-to-day oversight and support * Identifying and addressing day-to-day issues * Developing staff work schedules and shift assignments * Assisting with the hiring and training of new staff * Participating in the performance appraisal process * Performing departmental payroll duties, such as correcting and distributing time sheets and entering payroll data * Developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures * Gathering and analyzing data and preparing reports *Why you should work here* Working for Horizon gives you flexibility in your career and the chance to make a big difference in the lives of New Brunswickers.
