Education: College/CEGEP. Office management and supervision. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Business. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Supervision. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Conduct performance reviews. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Recruit and hire staff. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.. Arrange for refunds and credits. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Perform general office duties. Supervision: Customer service clerk. 5-10 people.
