Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Schedule work. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. Security Guard License. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees .
