*People Management Group (PMG)*, located near Woodstock Ontario is an all-in-one Human Resources (HR) and Health & Safety (H&S) service. PMG creates H&S, HR and training programs tailored to our clients needs. Our client base is a blend of multiple sectors including: Agricultural (Suppliers, Dairy Producers, Cash Crop), Construction, Service, Industrial and Retail Businesses. Once the client?s program is developed, we place all of the H&S, HR and training into our Health & Safety e-learning software and maintain it to ensure our clients are protected and can demonstrate their due diligence with the pertinent legislation.
We are looking for an experienced B2B *Sales Representative* to aggressively grow our online Health & Safety e-learning software. Anticipated days of work are Tuesday to Friday with flexible hours. Please specify whether you prefer part-time or full-time in your application.
*Our ideal candidate* is passionate about sales and understands the importance of HR and Health & Safety. The successful candidate is highly motivated and results driven. This role is essential in assisting and supporting our team by actively and consistently generating a high volume of quality leads and closing the sale.
*Key Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Using a consultative sales approach, identify and research leads, develop strategies and close sales.
* Actively engage with potential clients to establish relationships that reflect an understanding of their business needs.
* Work closely with our consultants to develop a comprehensive understanding of our software and services, identifying key trends and opportunities for engagement.
* Conduct cold calls and initial outreach, while managing follow-up communications, using personalized interactions to show the value of our software and services.
* Utilize multi-channel communication strategies, including strategic calling, personalized emails and some social media engagement to maximize outreach effectiveness.
* Share feedback and data from client interactions with the team to improve offerings and enhance client satisfaction.
*Competencies and Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales is required.
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with evidence of consistently achieving business goals in previous roles.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to effectively build relationships and articulate product benefits to clients.
* Hard-working, dedicated individual who works well in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong work ethics, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
