Digital Technology and Media - Partially remote - We are an innovative company specializing in the development of software for the dental sector, and we are looking for a bilingual (French/English) customer service representative to join our team.Responsibilities:- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.- Respond to technical questions regarding our software.- Train new clients on how to use our software and ensure they are comfortable with it.- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.- Collaborate with development teams to escalate technical problems.Requirements- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory- Customer service experience, preferably in the software or technology sector- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
