Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work. Maintain work records and logs. Read blueprints and drawings. Repair and maintain equipment. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Supervision: 3-4 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Backhoe. Chain saw. Forklift. Front end loader. Pick-up truck. Small engine equipment. Sod cutter. Tractor. Tractor mower. Skidsteer. Area of work experience: Snow removal. Area of specialization: Grounds maintenance. Landscape construction. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail.
