Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Operate buses, school busses or streetcars to transport passengers. Provide passengers with information on fares, schedules and stops. Collect fares and record transactions. Ensure para-transit passengers board vehicle safely. Complete logbooks and reports. Communicate with passengers, dispatchers or other drivers using two-way radio systems. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 2/2F/C Licence (buses with more than passengers). Type of experience: Tour and charter bus driver. Buses. Transportation/travel experience: Local. National. International. Transportation/travel information: Travel expenses paid by employer. Valid driver's licence. Vehicle supplied by employer. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: 20/20 vision. Ability to distinguish between colours. Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Hand-eye co-ordination. Handling heavy loads. Overtime required. Sitting. Sound discrimination. Personal suitability: Organized. Reliability.
