As a candidate, we encourage you to have an open dialogue with a member of our HR Team and ask compensation related questions, including pay details for this role.Job Description:Reporting directly to the VP, AI Platform, Platforms & Technology (P&T), this role is accountable to:Act as the single point of engagement for our AI COE, facilitating decisions with respect to technology delivery and potential options & risks which will have downstream impact on operational costs, solution resiliency and scalability.Build strategic enterprise frameworks to enable the secure and stable delivery of AI across the enterprise.Deliver on knowledge management program including our Contact Centre, Retail and Corporate Segments.Deliver on IAP program for our contact centres providing Cognitive AI for all lines of business.Participate in business planning discussion and define the technology delivery approach for our data scientist partners.Look for opportunities to minimize any negative cost impact and reduce delivery/operational costs of technology retiring existing predictive AI solutions and pitching for the adoption of the new/improved solution across the enterprise.Drive Technology target state to move away from the current bespoke tooling to our new AI platform and create roadmap-based technology investments.Perform POCs to validate approach and vendor selection.Identify and hire the engineering / technology talent required for the delivery team to enable ongoing value delivery.Implement Technology Risk & Control defined standards and strategies for the Technology Solutions being delivered.Qualifications:10+ years' experience in technology and strategy focused rolesPrevious experience developing and executing strategies and delivering superior results in both the short and long termExceptional communication skills, both verbal, written and ability to present to SETUnderstanding how P&T works in the context of the broader organizationHighly effective communicator who engages colleagues, business partners, external stakeholders, and employeesExcellent presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and leadership skills to facilitate working with senior management at all levelsDemonstrated relationship building skills, with a superior ability to make things happen using positive influenceRobust organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesAbility to think strategicallyAssociate Vice Presidents (AVPs) at TD Bank Group contribute to the overall reputation of TD.
