The successful candidate will report into a L11 and will cover regulatory change management, advisory and oversight activities for the TE&CE segment, which includes the Enterprise Payments team, Contact Centres, Collections, ATM, Digital Strategy, Management / Strategic Sourcing, Corporate Marketing and Enterprise Real EstateJob Accountabilities: Be part of a high performing team on delivery of AML/ATF, Sanctions, ABAC compliance programs and cultureSupport the Senior Manager in providing strategic direction on a broad and diverse range of complex FCRM program activitiesProactively advise covered TD businesses of new and changed ABAC/AML/ATF/Sanctions regulatory and/or policy requirements and articulate the impact to their processes and controlsContribute to the development and implementation of FCRM compliance programsProvide insight, guidance, and recommendations and act as a specialized resource for financial crime risk management programs, particularly in the field of anti-bribery and anti-corruption.Manage and provide oversight on day-to-day operations on behalf of FCRMSupport the team's participation in / responses to regulatory examinations and internal / external audits, reviewing, packaging, and tracking and providing information for department executiveDevelop and oversee the implementation of business line FCRM processes, procedures and controlsPlan and execute on strategic activities, review, and communicate results, and adjust tactics accordinglyProactively identify key business opportunities, research, and recommend enhancements / modifications, develop strategies to achieve recommendations and work closely with team to execute and implementProvide oversight on risk assessment processes as requiredKeep current on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impactsMaintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetiteEXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATIONUndergraduate degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience in a risk, compliance, or 1B function would be preferredWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
