<p><span>A career as a Senior Advisor, Strategic Planning in the Initiative Portfolio Management and Business Strategy team at National Bank, means acting as an orchestrator of the strategic planning cycle and the business plan for Wealth Management. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organization and contribute actively to the Wealth Management transformation by supporting senior management in decision-making and the execution of our strategic initiatives and business plan. </span></p> <p><strong>Your role</strong><strong>: </strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Contribute to the development of the business plan for Wealth Management and its business lines and ensure consistency and ongoing alignment between the business lines and with the Bank's vision.</span></li> <li><span>Lead, coordinate and continuously improve the strategic planning cycle (organize sessions, agenda, content, logistics, etc.). </span></li> <li><span>Lead complex analyses and business case studies, present findings and make recommendations to facilitate decision-making and influence strategic orientations, prioritization of initiatives and performance of the sector and the Bank. </span></li> <li><span>Maintain an ongoing view of the business plan, monitor performance (achievements, elements to watch, upcoming activities) and make recommendations to achieve our objectives based on findings, progress and changes in the business context.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate, produce and distribute presentations and reports on the performance of the business plan and the progress status of our strategic priorities.</span></li> <li><span>Consolidate information, write executive content and prepare communications on the progress of the business plan ensuring the accuracy of the information. </span></li> <li><span>Work closely with the business lines, our partners and other sectors to influence strategic orientations and business plan evolution, optimize strategy alignment and ensure convergence.</span></li> <li><span>Be curious and stay informed of best practices, new developments (projects and technologies) and industry trends to identify opportunities and enrich strategic discussions.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Your team: </strong></p> <p><span>In the sector, you are part of a dynamic and passionate team of six colleagues and report to the Senior Manager, Initiative Portfolio Management & Business Strategy. Our team is at the heart of the transformation and works closely with Wealth Management business lines, partners and other sectors to deliver the business plan and manage actively the portfolio of strategic initiatives. This position also allows you to benefit from hybrid work, thus ensuring greater flexibility.</span></p> <p><strong>Prerequisites</strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor's degree related to the industry (Finance, Administration, Marketing, Communication) and 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the industry and 8 years of relevant experience</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Management sector and/or investment </span></li> <li><span>Experience in strategic planning or ability to think strategically</span></li> <li><span>Excellent writing and synthesis skills (executive and strategic writing)</span></li> <li><span>In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint tools.</span></li> <li><span>Leadership, political acumen and strong ability to influence </span></li> <li><span>Strong team spirit, interpersonal and collaboration skills </span></li> <li><span>Ability to deal with a high deg
