Gas Technician A Dartmouth, NS Full time, permanent position. Carmichael is looking for two skilled Gas technicians with their Gas A license to join our Halifax branch and be part of our 100 years of success! This is a service technician position. Union position with competitive rates and benefits. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and skill set. Signing bonus for successful candidates. Responsibilities: Boilers and Gas System diagnostics, troubleshooting and problem resolution Test combustion equipment and controls for issues Dismantle malfunctioning systems and test components using electrical and mechanical testing equipment Replace defective parts and reassemble repaired systems Observe and test system operation using gauges and test instruments and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and reliable system operations Estimate, order and install materials- LocationDartmouth, NS
