Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders and barrels. Assemble door panels, trusses or modular components to make prefabricated housing. Read blueprints, written specifications and production drawings. Reinforce assembled products with dowelling or other supports. Equipment and machinery experience: Small hand tool. Pneumatic devices. Area of work experience: Assembly line. Security and safety: Bondable. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Hand-eye co-ordination. Handling heavy loads. Overtime required. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Organized. Reliability. Team player. Experience: Will train. Financial benefits: Bonus.
