We have an opening for a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our excellent team. Key attributes we are seeking are: - Experience using accounting software, preference given to using QuickBooks - Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel - Excellent Customer Service - Organized and Detail Orientated - Strong Listening and Communication - Great Phone and Office Etiquette - Dedication and Pride in your Work - Dependability and Reliability This role will provide bookkeeping and administrative services for the company. Typical tasks and responsibilities are: - Data Entry and Financial Reconciliation which includes AR and AP duties - Answering Phones - Creating In-Coming Jobs - Communicating with Technicians - Filing We are mostly a paperless office so having intermediate computer skills is important in this role. This position will work 20 hours/week. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 12:30-4:30pm and in the summer (generally June 1 to Sept 15) hours will increase to 12:30-5pm. This is an in-office role. We are also interested in those applicants that have the occasional ability to work additional hours to cover some of the Office Manager?s tasks when away on leave.
