Education: Master's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD). Create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings with computer-aided design (CAD). Prepare proposals. Analyze technical documents and reports. Tender contracts. Assist in supervising construction projects. Prepare working drawings. Supervise architectural technical staff. Write specifications. Monitor and inspect work. Estimate costs and materials. Construct architectural and display models. Assist in design development. Prepare presentation graphics and drawings. Computer and technology knowledge: Adobe Illustrator. Adobe Photoshop. AutoCAD. MS Project. InDesign. Area of work experience: Design. Architectural specialization: Commercial and/or industrial construction. Institutional construction. Interior and space planning. Renovation. Residential construction. Restoration and/or preservation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Ability to distinguish between colours. Sound discrimination. Sitting. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
