<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a Social Worker - Part-Time to join our team! You will provide assessment and clinical support to clients within a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists, medical residents and graduate students.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history</li><li>Complete comprehensive assessments using structured diagnostic batteries</li><li>Communicate findings with other team members including psychiatrists, social workers and psychologists</li><li>Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs</li><li>Maintain accurate client documentation</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields</li><li>Compassionate and caring demeanor</li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li><li>Strong leadership qualities</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul></div></div>- LocationToronto, ON
