Job details
Transcona Trailer Sales is looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment, and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Duties include:
* Processing daily cash outs and preparing bank deposits.
* Performing day to day transactions, including receiving, classifying, and recording accounts payable data, as well as paying all the vendors in a timely manner.
* Reconciling bank accounts to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
* Other general office duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
* Assisting with accounts receivable duties, and other office tasks when needed.

* General math skills
We are looking to hire a part-time permanent employee as soon as possible. This position may lead to more hours in the future. Working schedule would be M-F 9am-1pm.
