We are currently expanding our outreach to the next level and are looking for talented sales engineers to join our team. The sales engineer is responsible for overseeing the sale of products or services from beginning to end. This individual serves as the direct point of contact with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. A sales engineer should know the product or service inside and out and be able to guide clients efficiently and satisfactorily.
*Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their technical needs and requirements.
* Provide expert-level technical support and consultation during the sales process.
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
* Customize product solutions to meet specific customer needs and specifications.
* Serve as the primary technical resource for clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement.
* Work closely with product development teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
* Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotes, and sales contracts.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to effectively position the company?s offerings.
* Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.
* Train customers on the use and maintenance of products, as needed.
*Experience and Skills Requirements:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales role.
* Strong technical knowledge in the industry relevant to the company?s products.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop customer solutions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Sales-driven with strong business acumen and an understanding of sales processes.
* Technical certifications related to the industry or product line (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
* Bonus pay
* Commission pay
