Prepare reports for estate planning, matrimonial litigation, insurance and business losses. Review and analyze data such as subdivision, water and sewer plans. Prepare appraisal reports for government departments. Review and analyze data such as location cost data and easements. Prepare appraisal reports for courts, attorneys, and creditors. Prepare assessment, progress, follow-up and court reports. Participate in staff meetings. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS Word. Assessor and appraiser specialization: Residential buildings and property. Commercial and industrial buildings and property. Valuator specialization: Estate planning. Matrimonial litigation.
