Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Perform general farm duties. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.).- LocationSurrey, BC
