Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Schedule work. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Security Guard License. Personal suitability: Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Reliability. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for persons with disabilities: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities . Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers .
