Job details
Klassen Bronze Ltd. located in New Hamburg, Ontario only 10 minutes west of Kitchener and currently looking for an *Administrative Assistant*. Klassen Bronze is a manufacturer and distributor of hardware products to the retail trade, across Canada. This position is a full-time permanent role with approximately 38 hours per week and the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Warehouse team and support as needed to the Office Manager & Customer Service Supervisor.
*Responsibilities will include but not limited to:*
- Preparing log sheets, pallet sheets, and shipping labels
- Sourcing shipment quotes and scheduling shipments
- Conducting product transfers
- Email management
- Preparing RPA's
- Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Use the polycom voip system
- Preparing and distribute customer invoices
- Distributing mail, faxes and documents
- Supporting the Office Manager & Customer Service Supervisor with any tasks as needed
*Experience Required:*
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
