Remote location. Various locations. Tasks: Operate and maintain drilling mud systems and pumps. Write daily basic progress reports. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Standard First Aid Certificate. Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate. Rig Worker Fall Protection. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Drug test. Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Willing to travel. Travel expenses not paid by employer. Public transportation is not available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Gloves. Hard hat.
