T&C Reinforcing is looking for an organized, detail oriented, driven individual to join our growing team. Someone looking to become a key player in the functionality, growth, and success of our company.

Job Duties
* Provide administrative support to the general manager and other construction management staff
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional way
* Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and various construction services teams
* Prepare forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements, and subcontracts
* Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested
* Project controls such as job costing, time tracking and hold-back management
* Report to Finance Manager regarding cash flow requirements
* Coordinate meeting logistics and deliverables such as handouts, and make travel arrangements for the project management team
The right candidate will possess the following skills:
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
- Can work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Initiative-taking and self-directed
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft programs
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management capabilities
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary school
- 2-5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with QuickBooks is required
- Being a Public Notary is considered an asset
- Preference giving to candidate willing to work on job site
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
