*Job description*
* Ensuring courteous, efficient, and quality guest service at the front desk
* Full understanding of Best Western guest loyalty and other related programs
* Coordination and communication with different departments - Maintenance, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Night Audit, and Sales to ensure the smooth flow of accurate information
* Responding to all inquiries whether by telephone or by email from guests
* Assist in all day-to-day operations of the front desk
*Expectations and Requirements:*
* Following up on all guest-related issues and concerns and finding a resolution to any problems
* Punctual for all shifts and appropriately attired with the required uniforms, name-tag.
* Understanding of Property Management Systems as well as Microsoft Office-related software. Absolute attention to detail in all transactional events and recording accurate data in the Property Management System. Accurately maintaining Guest Profiles in the Property Management System
* Responsible for the accurate assignments of rooms and suites for all guests, keeping in mind the preferred status of Best Western Rewards guests and their needs.
* Balancing of all cash and credit and debit transactions during the shift and completing all the required paperwork for audit purposes
* All additional duties assigned by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 25 per week

Experience:
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
* Hotel front desk: 2 years (preferred)
