*Duties*
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions, including upselling relevant products or services.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while engaging with customers to foster positive relationships.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide the best service possible.
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, with a focus on upselling techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear articulation.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is a plus.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in every interaction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
