SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS? Ensures the entire process of the staffing cycle;? Develops, updates and evaluates the various tools required for the staffing cycle;? Develops strategies and tools for recruitment and visibility as needed and assess the impact;? Participates in different visibility activities with different partners;? Participates in the exercise of the organizational workforce planning and in the definition of the resources need of its client groups;? Participates in the process of integrating and welcoming new staff;? Compiles statistics used as management indicators;? Establishes and maintains effective communications with the various human resources departments, the organization and the MSSS. Education:? Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations or another university appropriate discipline. Experience:? Three (3) years of relevant experience. Knowledge and Abilities:? Knowledge of MSSS legislation, regulations, the Ministry Network and programs, and current trends;? Knowledge of First Nation health/social service models, trends and issues is an asset;? Knowledge of Cree culture, language, and social/health realities in Eeyou Istchee is an asset;? Communication, leadership and teamwork skills;? Excellent planning and decision making skills;? Computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). LANGUAGE? Fluent in English and French;? Fluency in Cree is an asset. OTHER? Willing to travel on a regular basis.
