Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Corporation or company ticket office. Tasks: Attend to other financial transactions, such as plane tickets and travel insurance . Calculate cost of travel and accommodations. Recommend suitable products. Manage difficult situations with customers. Perform general office duties. Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events. Attend to cancellations and schedule changes. Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system.
