Our diverse team brings decades of experience in helping organizations transform and optimize their operations. We are currently looking for a Project Manager with a strong aviation background to lead and manage high-impact projects. This role is based in Calgary and requires local / international travel.</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while ensuring the product aligns with customer needs and company goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and stakeholders, to drive product strategy, define product requirements, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Product Strategy & Roadmap:</li><li>Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.</li><li>Define the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and assess customer demand.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and key performance metrics.</li></ul><p><strong>Product Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept through design, development, testing, and launch.</li><li>Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.</li><li>Manage product timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of product features and improvements.</li><li>Ensure the product meets quality, performance, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:</li><li>Engage with customers, gather feedback, and translate their needs into actionable product features and enhancements.</li><li>Serve as the product champion internally and externally, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with the product vision and strategy.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>Performance Monitoring:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics such as customer satisfaction, adoption rates, and financial performance.</li><li>Continuously iterate and improve the product based on customer feedback and performance data.</li><li>Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team on product progress, challenges, and opportunities.</li><li>Innovation & Market Trends:</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.</li><li>Identify new opportunities for product development and enhancement in alignment with market trends and customer needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology, engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch.</li><li>Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including A
