Trinity is currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team! The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication and collaborative skills that will lead the coordination of the HEA program and its functions. This role will be based out of our Stellarton, NS, office.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate the administrative aspects of the HEA program, including but not limited to creating and maintaining client agreements, communication to auditors, scheduling of assessments, file processing, tracking, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and communicate appointment scheduling with customers and staff
* Monitor files along the process to ensure completion is in line with required steps
* Assist Program Manager with program efficiency and organizational requirements
* Maintain neat and accurate client files
* Learn about program products
* Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Required:
* Previous experience in customer service
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency and aptitude with Microsoft Office and other computer software
* Clean criminal record & child abuse registry check to be provided upon hire
* Reliable, dependable and punctual
Preferred:
* Able to work independently and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, with the willingness to stick to tasks that may be repetitive in nature
* Able to learn new material quickly and apply it to the job
* Enjoys working in a team-based work environment
* Able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
* Proficient in using basic technology including iPads, Smart Phones, Microsoft Suite, and databases
