*Position Overview:*
The Administrator will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Olive Tree. This position requires a highly organized, results-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to our mission. The Administrator will work closely with staff, volunteers, and community members to ensure efficient program delivery, maintain operational excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that aligns with our vision.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
* Drive initiatives that encourage education, social connection, and empower individuals in our community.
* Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
* Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage calendars for executives and staff.
* Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service.
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in an administrative, leadership, or management role.
* Strong understanding of nonprofit operations and community-focused programs.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* A passion for social causes and a strong commitment to our vision and mission.
