We offer a variety of services mainly focused on Roll-Off bins and operating a waste and recycling centers in Saanichton, and Cobble Hill (Fisher Road). *ROLE*
The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role connecting all departments through administrative, and communications functions directly supporting the Senior Management, Customer Service, Accounting, Human Resources, and Operations Teams. Aiming to improve all data flow, employee engagement, and quality standards the Office Coordinator will develop strong checks and balances to ensure the company is always improving, and all department heads are informed of their departments performance through internal KPI?s reporting.

* Post-Secondary education considered an asset
* 2 - 3 years? experience working in a high-volume administration role preferred
* Experience in Office 365 and MS Teams
* Experience with QuickBooks Considered and asset.
* Displays strong computer skills with an ability to learn new programs
* Excellent communicator
* Professional phone etiquette
* Timely and professional email etiquette
*Duties and Expectations:*
* Regulatory, licensing, and policy management
* Calendar for license renewal
* Vehicle registration & insurance
* Regulatory Compliance
* Subscription Management
* Administrative oversight
* Invoice review
* AR support
* AP support
* File maintenance
* Human Resources support and coordination
* New employee orientation & support with onboarding documentation
* Maintain employee files & HRIS profiles
* Benefits administration
* Support & coordinate company events & engagement activities
* Develop & maintain communications boards (ie: health & safety, company information, operations updates)
* Communications management
* Internal communications
* External communications
* Coordinate and track necessary education, training and certifications
* Ensure all employees are up to date on required education, training & certifications
* Enter all Worksafe claims and be the point of contact
* Comply with all appropriate regulations
* All other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
