Join a growing business and take charge of driving sales team performance! *Why You?ll Love This Role* Reporting to the General Manager, you?ll take a leadership role in driving sales growth through the management of a dynamic sales team. Your primary focus will be to: * Lead, coach, and inspire a national sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and ensure the company consistently meets or exceeds sales goals. * Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective management and consistent revenue growth. * Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership. * Build strong relationships with showroom dealers, providing strategies to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. * Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. * Monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback to improve team performance. * Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for business growth within the luxury bathroom sector. Your expertise will help elevate a renowned luxury bathroom brand to new heights, while enjoying the freedom to plan your own schedule and benefit from an uncapped commission structure, manager profit share, health care, car and phone allowance, and much more! *About You:* * Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a focus on coaching, motivating, and driving performance. * Strong background in sales pipeline management and a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. * Excellent relationship-building skills with a talent for developing long-term partnerships with showroom dealers and influencers * Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. * Experience in bathroom products, interior lighting, home appliances, furnishings, or flooring is an advantage. * Willingness to travel as needed to support and manage the national sales team. *How to Apply:* Ready to take on this exciting leadership role?
