We are inviting applications from motivated and compassionate Physiotherapists to join our dynamic healthcare team at Insync Physiotherapy. We are seeking someone who is interested in providing care and using their skills in a supportive clinic environment.

Our clinic consists of 6 passionate physiotherapists and 4 RMTs that provide care for a broad population through a wide range of orthopedic and sport conditions.

*Responsibilities*:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
* Utilize a variety of physical therapy techniques and exercises
* Patient education
* Monitor and track patient progress and maintain records
* Follow ups with patients to ensure continuity of care
* Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines for holistic patient care
* Stay up-to-date with advancements and research in the field of physiotherapy
* Adhere to ethical and professional standards
* Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
*Qualifications*:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
* Valid and current registration to practice as a Physiotherapist within British Columbia
* Valid and current proof of insurance
*Good to Have:*
* In-depth knowledge of msk conditions, injuries, and rehabilitation techniques
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Enjoys connecting with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
* Has fun creating personalized treatment plans based on specific needs and goals
* Clinical Reasoning and treatment grounded in evidence based practice
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt approaches
* Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
* Enjoys having fun at work and getting a good laugh in during the workday
