*Responsibilities*
* Oversee day-to-day property management operations across multiple residential buildings.
* Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs with external contractors and internal teams.
* Enforce lease terms, ensuring compliance with property rules and regulations.
* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure building safety and cleanliness.
* Maintain accurate records of property expenses, tenant communications, and lease agreements.
* Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure smooth transition and occupancy of units.

*Requirements*
* Must have a valid driver?s license and access to a vehicle.
* A passion for real estate and a drive to grow within the industry.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in property management or related field is a plus
* Proficiency with property management softwares is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
* Commission pay

* Weekends as needed
