<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are a sales force, named orca sales. We sell insulation door to door, and have partnered up with Energy solutions giant, Greenfoot for this door to door program! This collaboration allows us to provide MASSIVE discounts to our customers along with the rebates... leading to of course relatively sales. Discounts cannot replace the effort of hard work though, but it will make it easier! We can provide insulation AND HEAT PUMPS as a massive discount to customers, making the deal quick and easy.</p><p>We are beginning our first office in B.C on vancouver island and looking for hard workers to earn an above average wage.</p><p>Door to door can be tough, but we will be providing training, and culture, to ensure the success of our team. Badges, tools needed, and other items will be provided by us.</p><p>All we ask in return, is people who are looking to grow and earn a great income, to get committed!</p><p>We will be holding an info session to go over additional information.</p><p>Details:<br />1. $500 per sale. We are creating a system and training program to ensure you get 2 sales per day, as long as you put in the hours. Even though this is a commission sales job, if you work 40 hours a week, there is no reason why you shouldn't be doing 1-2 sales a day with the massive discounts in our door to door program for customers. There is a retroactive pay scale, so if you hit the bonuses (1 sale a day x 20 days = $750 each sale retroactive)</p><p> </p><p>therefore, if you sell 1 insulation = $250</p><p>if you sell 1 insulation + heat pump package = $500</p><p>if you hit the retroactive 20 sales in a month = $750 total per bundle deal sold.</p><p>we are aiming to teach people how to do 2 bundles per day = $1500 per day... This is our goal for our sales team. However, if you are new, and just willing to learn, 1 a day is still FANTASTIC.</p><p>2. You get UP FRONT PAY !! For each sale fully completed (pictures of the attics / crawlspace + signed invoice + rebate submission code) you will receive up front ($50) and once the install goes in you will receive the rest. One of my salesman is a 16 year old, and he is selling 1 deal everyday, and has had days where he has sold 2 (when he works the full hours). Another salesman, a veteran, has sold literally 8 in one day... That is not a joke and I recommend you speak to him, Tyler.</p><p>3. Growth. We will be looking for people to put into sales manager positions as we are expanding FAST into other areas such as kamloops, kelowna, abbotsford, etc....</p><p>4. Sales managers will get an OVER RIDE per install that their region is responsible for getting installed. We are aiming HIGH. We are a group of ambitious leaders. We want to bring people to the top with us. If you can do 2 sales a day x 20 business days... that is a $15K pay cheque, with 20% up front ($2K a month).
