*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion. *Responsibilities* - Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients - Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses - Manage patients with multiple comorbidities - Prescribe medications and treatments - Coordinate care with specialists as needed - Perform minor surgical procedures - Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle - Document patient interactions in electronic health records *THE FACILITY* Whitby Urgent Care is a state of the art facility. We are located inside the Whitby Mall in a medical center containing Lifelabs/Radiology/Pharmacy/Physiotherapy and a large number of family doctors. We are looking for a doctors to do some shifts in our vibrant clinic. The clinic is very busy. during a 9-5 shift you can see 70 patients. We also have 2-7 shifts with about 35 patients. We offer Nurse assistance, professional front desk staff and full billing services. We use OSKAR as our EMR. The clinic is bright, clean and spacious. The pay is fee for service with a choice of joining our FIG.
