Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Rural area. Relocation costs not covered by employer. Retail business. Willing to relocate. Gas bar. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Order merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Manage cash. Conduct performance reviews. Supervision: 3-4 people. Grocery clerks and shelf stockers. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook. Exhibit and display design experience: Visual displays. Area of specialization: Retail store. Security and safety: Basic security clearance.
