We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance within the office environment.
*Duties:*
- Provide excellent customer service, answering phones, greeting customers, and handling inquiries
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with maintaining employee records
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
*Requirements:*
- Proficiency in office software applications (ex: Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per day
