Job details
Education: Master's degree. Work setting: Clinic. Remote location. Various locations. Independent or private practice. Private practice. Tasks: Examine the behaviour. Write progress reports . Prepare a treatment plan for each patient. Provide therapy. Perform administrative tasks. Analyze the patient during the treatments. Develop and implement counselling and intervention programs to assist clients in determining goals and means of attaining them. Maintain accurate records. Plan intervention programs. Follow up results of counselling programs and clients' adjustment. Identify additional/alternative services and provide referrals. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic medical records. Type of treatment experience: Behaviour modification or behavioural therapy. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Walking. Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Repetitive tasks. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus.
