To support our growth and meet increasing demand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center and Telesales Supervisor to oversee both our domestic and overseas teams. This position requires a strong leader with the ability to manage client care and telesales agents while ensuring that performance metrics and sales targets are consistently met.
*Role Overview:*
As the Contact Center and Telesales Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of both local and overseas teams. You will lead and support the Toronto-based team and overseas agents, ensuring effective communication and coordination across regions. The role focuses on driving sales performance, optimizing client care, and meeting operational goals in a high-volume, results-driven environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee Local and Overseas Teams: Manage and supervise both domestic (Toronto) and overseas contact center teams, ensuring seamless operations and performance alignment.
* Team Leadership: Lead client care and telesales agents to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
* Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPIs, sales targets, and customer satisfaction scores.
* Training & Coaching: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to ensure both local and overseas agents maintain high-performance levels.
* Escalation Handling: Manage escalated calls and issues efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.
* Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as call handling times, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to optimize performance.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including reception and management, to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
* Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed performance reports for both local and overseas teams, using data to drive operational improvements and meet targets.
* Compliance & Oversight: Ensure adherence to company policies, sales scripts, and procedures, while maintaining quality standards.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a contact center or telesales supervisor, with expertise managing both local and overseas teams.
* Strong background in sales, telesales, and telemarketing, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in high-pressure environments.
* Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with experience managing diverse, multicultural teams.
* Proficiency in using contact center software, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teams across different time zones.
* Problem-solving skills, particularly in escalated situations, with a focus on quick and effective resolutions.
* Multilingual proficiency, particularly in English and Spanish, is a plus.
