<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>DBC Heating, Air Conditioning & Appliance Service is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! We are a 30 year old appliance service company that is certified, licensed and insured. Here you will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Answer and book service calls via emails and phone calls</li><li>Dispatch Technicians to service</li><li>Draft correspondences and other formal documents</li><li>Do bookkeeping and maintaining files</li><li>Create and mail invoices</li><li>Answer inbound telephone calls</li><li>Develop and implement organized filing systems</li><li>Perform all other office tasks</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school Diploma or associate's degree</li><li>Experience as an Office Assistant or in a related field </li><li>Previous experience in office administration or other related fields</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li><li> Warm personality with strong communication skills</li><li>Proficient in English (Write, Read & Speak)</li><li>Ability to work with Word Processing</li><li>Ability to work well under limited supervision</li><li>Have a valid driver's license</li><li>References upon request</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li></ul><p>Salary $35,000-$45,000 per annum, Based on experience.
