*Position Overview:* We are seeking an Executive Assistant or Project Manager to help plan and execute projects for high-net-worth clients relocating to Canada. The ideal candidate is creative, with strong sales instincts and project management skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, along with basic financial knowledge in areas such as insurance, mortgage, real estate, or banking. This role involves collaborating with teams and managing external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. *Key Responsibilities:* ? Develop and execute project plans tailored to client needs, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. ? Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and outsourcing agencies to ensure smooth project execution. ? Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality results. ? Communicate regularly with clients and leadership, providing updates and feedback. ? Manage budgets, financial elements, and project risks, ensuring alignment withoverall goals. ? Oversee day-to-day project operations and troubleshoot any challenges that arise. *Qualifications:* ? Experience in project management or executive support, with knowledge of insurance, mortgage, real estate, or banking. ? *Fluent in English and Mandarin*, with excellent communication skills. ? Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and managemultiple projects. ? Experience working with teams and outsourcing agencies. ? Problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
