Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Spanish; Castilian. Tasks: Coordinate subcontractors activities . Plan and organize daily operations. Select trade subcontractors . Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Operate CADD and other computer software systems. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Plan and manage budgets. Develop and implement quality control programs. Prepare reports. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Determine scheduling of production. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) Certification of recognition. Working at heights training. CPR Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD. SketchUp. Project management software. Area of specialization: Project management. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Own tools/equipment: Hard hat.
