Read on!*_ *Position: *Outside Sales Representative *Location and Territory:* Mississauga and Etobicoke (other areas to be assigned when required) *Job Type:* Full Time *Schedule: *Monday-Friday *Language Requirements: *English *Annual Salary: *$50,000 - $54,100 *Purpose:* To cover designated territory developing potential customers and maintaining existing customers at projected sales levels. *Job Responsibilities:* * Time and territory management to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly sales goals including defining market demographics, competitor analysis, prospecting new business and existing account knowledge. * Participate with UNFI Sales team to effectively maintain existing accounts, develop new business and address operational issues. * Provide accurate and complete sales reports to Sales Manager in a timely manner. * Submit appropriate and timely account information for all new and existing accounts for input into the UNFI information system. * Participate in continuing education programs regarding company products, services and industry compliances. * Document and resolve customer complaints. * Performs other duties as assigned. *Qualifications:* *Education/Certification:* * Post-Secondary education and/or equivalent related experience and training. * Valid G-Class driver?s license or equivalent *Required Knowledge:* * Knowledge of Sales * Understanding of related computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint) *Experience:* * Previous sales experience preferred. * Previous experience in organic/natural Consumer Packaged Goods sales is an asset * Computer experience preferred (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) *Skills & Abilities:* * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Goal oriented self-starter with high energy level and competitive spirit * Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned area *Why work for UNFI Canada?:* * Compensation includes a salary range of $50,000 - $54,100 * Car allowance provided! * Quarterly Sales Bonus Program offered! * Paid vacation and sick days! * Health & Dental Benefits packaged offered on your first day! * Retirement Savings Plan offered after 6 months of service * Employee discount program on natural and organic foods! * Career advancement opportunities * Friendly and helpful team! *Our Commitment:* _UNFI believes in a diverse and accommodating workplace.
