We are always looking to add out of the box, creative thinkers to join our ever-growing company. *Job Title:* Inbound Operation Supervisor *Reports to:* Key Account Manager *Job Type: Full Time ? If you are passionate about making a difference and take pride in coaching and motivating a team, then this may be the opportunity you have been working towards. *Responsibilities and Duties:* * Oversee and direct all day-to-day activities receiving, put away, inventory , and material movement within the 3PL Fulfillment Center. * Execute on productivity and daily goals * Track, evaluate and report performance and KPIs as it pertains to receiving, put away, inventory and order delays. * Provide daily direction to Inbound Team Leads as it relates to day-to-day tasks in the Fulfillment Center * Record and escalate process and performance issues as it pertains to your team. * Utilize superior communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers. * Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. * Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. * Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. * Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse floor. * Ensure proper usage and maintenance of forklift equipment. * Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers. * Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities and problem-solving initiatives. * Conduct performance reviews for all staff within the department * Any other duties and tasks assigned *Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities):* * A minimum of 5 years? experience in a leadership role preferably in a 3PL, order fulfillment environment * Effective communicator, calm and supportive in stressful situations * Experience with distribution centre processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, value added processing); * Excellent understanding of warehouse operations and cost structures * knowledge of applicable health and safety standards * Superior planning and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a busy environment * Adept at problem solving, conflict resolution and implementing effective solutions * Flexible and creative in overcoming new challenges on a regular basis * Knowledge of RF Pathways considered an asset *Standards of pe- LocationHalton Hills, ON
