Your main tasks will include: <br> <br>- Assess and define specific requirements for priority projects to ensure optimal planning, aligned with the company's strategic objectives. <br>- Organize and plan the team's electrical design in line with established priorities, while ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines. <br>- Break down projects into precise tasks and distribute them within the team to facilitate structured and organized execution. <br>- Provide technical assistance to the team, solving complex problems and advising on overcoming technical obstacles. <br>- Identify and communicate material, information and training requirements to ensure project success and team professional development.</p><p>Your professional skills <br> <br>- Priority management and rigor <br>- Leadership, analytical and innovative skills <br>- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills <br> <br>We're looking for a proactive, autonomous person who likes a job well done. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. <br> <br>Your profile <br> <br>-Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical manufacturing field <br>-Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant equivalent <br>-Bilingual French - English <br>-Knowledge of electrical design and embedded systems development <br>-Knowledge of electricity and automotive mechanics <br>-Knowledge of design software (Autocad Electrical), Python language, CAN protocol <br>-Project management skills, Agile and Sprint methods <br> <br>-90k - 130k depending on profile and experience, RRSP and insurance.</p>- LocationBoucherville, QC
